Can You Trust Your Gut with that Donut?

Trusting our gut feelings can only steer us right if we have healthy gut flora, as otherwise, unhealthy microbes take over and drive us with their own debilitating agenda. They want us to drink too much alcohol, eat too much fructose, spread the fungus and yeasts sexually, and weaken our system with poor habits and attitudes, so we put up little resistance. We may be depressed and foggy. “Anxious? Moody? Depressed? Why You Might Have Candida”

If we balance our gut microbes, we can be in charge of our own feelings, desires, and behaviors again. And we can more easily bypass rampant propaganda and social engineering, as well as avoid being as easily taken in by con artists and lies.

Seeing through the haze of family manipulation, spousal cheating, cut-throat business scams, con-artist caregivers, medical strong-arming, propaganda spin doctoring and psy-ops generally will involve you trusting your gut instincts about the “reality” you’re being presented. Gut instincts are biological, not metaphorical. Yet we can’t count on them anymore if our biology has been destabilized, and it has, for most people.

Are Gut Instincts Tricking You…
